From theory to practice, the delegation toured the facility and visited three core workshops in sequence: the acmepak Fully Automated Finished Packaging Production Workshop, the acmeplas Precision Mold Machining Workshop, and the acmeplas Automated Production Line Manufacturing Workshop. From precision mold machining to automated production line manufacturing, and finally to fully automated packaging production, the delegation witnessed the complete closed-loop capability of ACME's full industry chain: "mold R&D → equipment manufacturing → mass production." The efficient coordination and flexible switching across modules vividly embodied the "Integrated Whole-Chain Capabilities, Modular Smart Manufacturing" philosophy. On the workshop floor, cutting-edge processes such as IML and physical micro-foaming were operating steadily, showcasing exquisite surface finishes and significant weight reduction, with stringent food-grade quality control at every stage. The clean and standardized workshop environment, highly efficient and intelligent production lines, combined with meticulous quality control systems, earned unanimous high praise from all delegation members.
